Creightons plc announces that Paul Forster a director of the Company, has advised it that his wife has today transferred 334,500 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the Company to a nominee account of which she is the beneficial owner at nil value .

Following this transaction, the total combined beneficial holdings by Mr & Mrs Forster remains 1,183,318 ordinary 1p shares, 1.83% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
