The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM ") will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 16th June 2021 at Whitefriars House, 6 Carmelite St, London, EC4Y 0BS, with the minimum attendance required to form a quorum, where shareholders will be unable to attend.
