The company announces that the audited Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 is now available on the website.

The Annual Report contains updated information on the unlawful distributions disclosed in the Preliminary Announcement. The Company reconfirms that the position will be remedied by resolution at the AGM on 20 April and the Company will file Interim Accounts evidencing its distributable profits in advance of the dividend payment scheduled for 23 April 2021.
