Information
Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media
business, which owns Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash and The
Tab, is pleased to announce the appointment of Panmure Gordon (UK)
Limited ("Panmure Gordon") as Nominated Adviser with immediate
effect. Panmure Gordon will also continue to act as Financial
Adviser and Joint Broker to the Company.
The Company also announces the information in Appendix I below
relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Digitalbox operates three trading brands, "Entertainment Daily",
"The Tab" and "The Daily Mash". Entertainment Daily produces and
publishes online UK entertainment news covering TV, showbiz and
celebrity news. The Daily Mash produces and publishes satirical
news content. The Tab is the UK's biggest youth culture site
fuelled by students.
Digitalbox generates revenue from the sale of advertising in and
around the content it publishes. The Group's optimisation for
mobile enables it to achieve revenues per session significantly
ahead of market norms for publishers on mobile.
Appendix I
In its Admission Document dated 8 February 2019, in relation to
Mr. Martin Higginson, the Non-executive Director of Digitalbox, the
Company disclosed certain directorships under Schedule Two,
Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. In addition to those
previously disclosed in the Admission Document, Mr Higginson was
also a director of Interactive Dating & Entertainment Limited
and MIM5 Limited, and a non-executive director of Monstermob Group
plc within the five years prior to the date of the Admission
Document.
Monstermob Group plc was placed into administration by its
directors on 24 May 2017. On 11 May 2018, the administrators issued
a report confirming that there were insufficient funds available to
be made to ordinary unsecured creditors and the company was
subsequently dissolved on 11 August 2018.
