Q2 2020 Dividend Exchange Rate

Diversified Gas & Oil plc (LSE: DGOC), the US based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids and oil wells and midstream assets, announced on 10 August 2020 a dividend in respect of the second quarter to 30 June 2020 of 3.75 cents per share ("Q2 2020 Dividend"). The Company will pay the Q2 2020 Dividend on 18 December 2020 to those shareholders on the register on 27 November 2020.

The Company announces that Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 2.78 pence per share, based on the 3 December 2020 exchange rate of GBP0.74055=US$1.00.
