SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEEN), the global media and video technology
platform for improved digital marketing yield and connected
audience experiences, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited ("Panmure Gordon") as the Company's
Financial Adviser, Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with
immediate effect. Dowgate Capital will continue to act as Joint
Broker to the Company.
On 4 March 2021, the Company provided its FY2020 Trading Update
highlighting the commercial readiness of its proprietary new
technology products and the post-Covid return to revenue growth of
its multichannel network. The Company also underscored personnel
promotions at the board level to signal its readiness for its next
stage of corporate development, including investigating strategic
opportunities to accelerate growth. The appointment of Panmure
Gordon, with its Digital, Media and Technology franchise,
represents the next step in accelerating corporate development.
The Company plans to release its 1Q Trading Update by
mid-April.
Chairman Dr. Patrick DeSouza commented, "Market demand for video
technology products is strong and accelerating globally as a
byproduct of Covid circumstances. Such demand presents us with
significant strategic opportunities. Given our strong balance
sheet, we plan to aggressively deliver shareholder value."
The Company also announces the information in Appendix I below
relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies.

In its Admission Document dated 11 September 2019, in relation
to Dr Patrick DeSouza, Chairman of SEEEN, the Company disclosed
certain directorships under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies. In addition to those previously disclosed in
the Admission Document, Dr DeSouza was also a director of American
Leak Detection Holding Corp., American Leak Detection, Inc., ALDB
Inc., Canadian Leak Detection, Inc, NRW Utilities Limited,
Qonnectis Group Limited, Water Intelligence Australia Pty and Water
Intelligence International Ltd, and a director of Myutility Ltd and
Qonnectis Technologies Limited within the five years prior to the
date of the Admission Document. All of these companies are, or were
at one point, wholly owned subsidiaries of Water Intelligence
plc.
