The Company was notified on 08 April 2021 that Mr Alex Scrimgeour, Chief Executive Officer of Everyman, purchased 119,355 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 150 pence per share on 08 April 2021

Following the above transaction, Mr Scrimgeour has a shareholding of 119,355 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
