EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 April 2021 an
award of options over 54,210 ordinary shares of one pence each in
the Company were made to Andy Thorburn (Chief Executive Officer)
and 23,935 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were
made to Peter Southby (Chief Financial Officer) under the Company's
Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are
nil-cost and exercisable from 7 April 2024 and are subject to
performance conditions.
Following the grant of these Options Andy Thorburn holds a total
of 403,761 Options and Peter Southby holds a total of 161,914
Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
