INVITATION TO FULL YEAR 2020 RESULTS PRESENTATION

Essentra plc is due to report its Full Year results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2020 on 5 March 2021. The results will be published at 07:00 (UK time) that day through the regulatory news service (RNS) and on the Company's website (http://www.essentraplc.com).

The Full Year Results presentation to analysts and investors will start at 08:30 (UK time), and will be held virtually.
