The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), the
owner and operator of premium student accommodation across the UK,
announces that Duncan Garrood, Chief Executive Officer, today
acquired a total of 93,122 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 90.1 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Garrood's
total shareholding comprises 93,122 ordinary shares, representing
0.0154% of the issued share capital of the Company.
