Interim Results Publication Date

MelodyVR Group PLC (AIM:MVR), the leading creator of virtual reality entertainment content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, announces that that the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 will be published by 31 October 2020. This publication date utilises the permitted extension of up to one month to announce half yearly reports, as per the COVID-19 guidance set out in 'Inside AIM', dated 9 June 2020.

As announced on 25 August 2020, the Company entered into an agreement and plan of merger with Rhapsody International Inc., a Delaware corporation trading as Napster ("Napster") in connection with the acquisition of Napster (the "Acquisition").

The Acquisition is classified as a reverse takeover pursuant to AIM Rule 14 and as such the Company's shares remain suspended pending publication of an Admission Document. The Acquisition is subject to approval by MelodyVR's shareholders at a General Meeting and further announcements will be made in due course.
