Insertion:
Note: Mr Parsons has exercised all of the options he held over
shares in the capital of easyHotel plc. He has accepted the
takeover offer from Citrus UK Bidco Limited announced on 15 August
2019 in respect of all the shares arising as result of the exercise
of such options.
Deletion:
IRREVOCABLE UNDERTAKING GIVEN TO CITRUS UK BIDCO LIMITED TO
ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDED CASH OFFER OF 95P PER SHARE IN RESPECT OF
ALL SHARES HELD
