Option Grant

As indicated in the announcement of Richard's appointment on 14 February, finnCap today announces the grant of options over 250,000 shares to Richard Snow, an executive director of finnCap, under the finnCap Group plc Company Share Option Plan. The earliest vesting date for the options is 20 May 2025 and the exercise price is 15.5p, being the market price of finnCap ordinary shares at the date Richard joined finnCap. The options are subject to performance conditions calculated by reference to the Group's profit before tax over the next five years.

Following this grant of options, Richard Snow continues to have a beneficial interest over 233,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the current total voting rights of the Company and now has options over 250,000 shares. The Company's Ordinary Shares referred to above are finnCap Group plc ordinary shares of 1 penny each and the total number of shares in issue is 171,657,005.
