Block Listing Application and Six Monthly Return
Funding Circle Holdings plc ("Funding Circle") announces that an
application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and
the London Stock Exchange for 7,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. The
shares are expected to be admitted on 27 October 2020.
The shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be
allotted from time to time in connection with the following share
plans: (i) the Funding Circle Holdings Limited EMI Option Scheme;
(ii) the Funding Circle Holdings 2018 Long-Term Incentive Plan; and
(iii) Funding Circle Holdings plc Share Incentive Plan. When
issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
This block listing application is in addition to the balance of
Funding Circle's existing block listings, as set out in the Block
Listing Returns below:
