                         Grant of Options to Directors



The Company announces that it has today granted options over 20,000 ordinary
shares in the Company to each of Barry Gamble, Peter Neighbour and Doug Eadie.
These options are granted as Enterprise Management Incentive options pursuant to
the fountains 2003 Unapproved Share Option Scheme.  The options are exercisable
at a price of 127 pence per share from 23 December 2006 to 22 December 2013,
subject to the achievement of predetermined earnings related performance
targets.


Following this grant Barry Gamble has an interest in options over a total of
40,000 ordinary shares, Peter Neighbour has an interest in options over a total
of 130,000 ordinary shares and Doug Eadie has an interest in options over a
total of 20,000 ordinary shares.
