Forterra plc (the "Company")
Director / PCA Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 29 March 2021 that on the same day
the following share transactions took place (the
"Transactions"):
Ben Guyatt, Chief Financial Officer:
(i) sold 18,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares")
in the Company at a price of GBP2.86; and
(ii) sold 5,128 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of GBP2.88.
Ben Guyatt's spouse, Wendy Guyatt purchased 6,897 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at a price of GBP2.88.
The Transactions were made for the purpose of using 2020/1
capital gains tax allowances.
Ben Guyatt's total beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of
the Company, including those held by his spouse now stands at
35,217 Ordinary Shares.
The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's
obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
