company, announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2015, and Notice of Annual General

shareholders.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am
local time (10.00am BST) on 24 August 2016 at Belvoirpark,
Seestrasse 125, 8002 Zurich.
