DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company received notification on 23(rd) April, 2021 of the following transactions in which Mr. N. Brown and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin (Directors of the Company) are interested:

1. The purchase by Mr. N. Brown of 445 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of GBP30.80 per share on 21(st) April 2021.

2. The purchase by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin of 670 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into his ISA account at a price of GBP30.80 per share on 21(st) and 23(rd) April 2021.

The purchase by Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's wife of 665 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into her ISA account at a price of GBP30.80 per share on 23(rd) April 2021.

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).
