Glencore plc received a notification from Qatar Holding LLC ("QH") (and Qatar Investment Authority as the parent undertaking of QH) on 10 August 2022 that, as a result of the Company's ongoing buy-back programme, QH's holding of 1,046,550,951 shares has reached 8.00% of Company's total voting rights.

This percentage is calculated on the basis of 13,075,184,928 total voting rights, as announced by Glencore on 10 August 2022.
