HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company has today received notification from Mr Phillip Kaye that, following
the acquisition of 1,193,127 ordinary shares of 4p each in the Company
("Shares") pursuant to the Company's recent placing of new Shares, the Kaye
family's total interest now comprises 7,625,682 Shares representing
approximately 18.19% of the Company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital.
