Headlam Group plc (LSE: HEAD), Europe's leading floorcoverings distributor , announces that, further to its final results announcement on 9 March 2021, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 ('Annual Report').

The Annual Report, and a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting ('Notice of AGM'), have been posted to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy and are available on the Company's website www.headlam.com . In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The Company will hold its AGM at 10.00 am on Friday, 21 May 2021 at its head office at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU. The health, safety and wellbeing of the Company's stakeholders is of paramount importance, and given the UK Government's current restrictions on public gatherings, shareholders and other attendees should not attend the AGM in person. The Company has made arrangements to allow shareholders to submit questions by email in advance of the AGM, and additionally follow the AGM and participate in a question and answer session through an online meeting platform. Full details are given in the Notice of AGM, and shareholders should continue to monitor the Company's website and regulatory information service announcements for any updates in relation to the AGM.
