The Company has been informed that following the excise of the
loan conversion announced on 31 March 2021, Mr John Story's
interest in the voting rights of the Company has changed as
detailed below. Mr Story's interest is a combination of ordinary
shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") and a financial
instrument (as defined in the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority) . The financial
instrument has been issued by SpreadEx Ltd, which holds Ordinary
Shares, as last announced on 9 December 2020.
