Hostelworld announces that the following grants of conditional
share awards over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company
were made to Directors of the Company on 12 May 2022, under the
terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan. These shares
represent the 2022 Restricted Share Award, as explained in the
Directors' Remuneration Report included within the 2021 Annual
Report and Accounts.
