Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the purchase of
Company shares on behalf of certain PDMRs to satisfy the deferred
portion of the annual bonus in respect of the financial year ended
31 December 2020, as previously announced to the market via RNS on
17 March 2021. This announcement is made in accordance with Article
19(3) of UK MAR.
This announcement should be read in conjunction with the
Company's remuneration policy as set out in the 2019 Annual Report
and Accounts and the Directors' Remuneration Report as set out in
the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts (available on the 'Results,
