The Company was advised on 19 March 2021 that Mary Malde, a PCA of Nishith Malde, an executive director of the Company, sold 25,200 ordinary 10 pence shares at a price of 56.0p per share. On the same day, Mary Malde also bought 25,140 ordinary 10 pence shares with her ISA at a price of 56.125p per share.

Following these transactions, Nishith Malde's resulting beneficial holding is 11,496,732 ordinary shares.
