Iofina plc (AIM: IOF) announces that it received notification on 1 March 2021 that Lance J Baller, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 162,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 12.75 pence per share. Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.

Following the purchase, Mr. Baller holds 5,175,000 shares, representing approximately 2.70 per cent. of the Company's share capital. The shares purchased represent 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
