Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement of 8 March 2021 regarding the acquisition of Webselenese Ltd., Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer-focused digital privacy and security business, announces that it is today posting a circular ("Circular") to shareholders containing notice of a general meeting (the "General Meeting"), to authorise the directors of the Company to issue the Consideration Shares as well as refresh the Company's general authorities to allot Ordinary Shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights. The General Meeting is to be held at the offices of the Company at LABS Hawley Wharf, 1 Water Lane, Hawley Wharf, London NW1 8NZ at 11.00 a.m. on 26 March 2021.

Due to UK Government restrictions in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, save for the chairman of the General Meeting and/or anyone nominated by the chairman of the General Meeting in order to establish a quorum, Shareholders will not be admitted to the General Meeting in person while such restrictions prohibit their attendance. In order for their vote to be counted, shareholders are asked to please complete and submit a Form of Proxy.
