PDMR Dealings
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer-focused digital privacy and
security business, announces the following dealings by PDMRs.
Pursuant to the completion of the acquisition of Webselenese
Ltd. ("Webselenese"), 12,123,769 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each
("Ordinary Shares") have today been issued to the founders and
certain senior members of staff of Webselenese (the "Consideration
Shares").
Ran Greenberg and Ariel Hochstadt, the founders of Webselenese,
have each been issued 5,579,027 Ordinary Shares . Two senior
members of staff at Webselenese, have also been allotted 608,572
and 357,143 Ordinary Shares respectively as retention payments, out
of the Consideration Shares.
As announced on 8 March 2021, Ran Greenberg and Ariel Hochstadt
have also both used part of the cash consideration proceeds from
the sale of Webselenese to acquire Ordinary Shares in the market.
On 30 March 2021, Ran Greenberg purchased 168,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 288 pence per share. On 30 March 2021, Ariel
Hochstadt also purchased 168,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 288
pence per share.
Following the issue of the Consideration Shares and the purchase
of Ordinary Shares on 30 March 2021, the holdings of Messrs
Greenberg and Hochstadt are as follows:
