Update on Listing and IPO of Blyvoor Joint Venture

Katoro Gold plc (AIM: KAT), the AIM listed gold and nickel exploration and development company, notes that the Company has received a written request from Target Mine Consulting ("TMC / Counterpart"), requesting an extension for the delivery of the required documentation to comply with the condition(s) precedent that are due before the 30(th) of November 2021, as agreed between the parties in terms of the vend-in arrangement announced on 27 October 2021. The request was made on account of delays caused by local elections recently held in South Africa. After due consultation between the parties, it was agreed to grant an extension and to extend the due dates for all condition(s) precedent due before the 30(th) of November 2021 and to extend said due dates until 17h00 on 30 November 2021.

Katoro Executive Chairman, Louis Coetzee, said, "We are very pleased with the co-operation of our counterpart in this initiative and also with the enthusiasm and commitment shown by everyone towards ensuring the successful and expedited completion of the Standard List Admission and IPO that was announced on 27 October 2021."
