Results of AGM
The AGM of the Company was held today at 11:00 a.m. at Keywords
Studios, 39 Earlham Street, London, WC2H 9LT, United Kingdom.
All 14 resolutions put to members were passed on a poll.
Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as ordinary resolutions and
resolution 14 was passed as a special resolution. For full details
