On 6 July 2021, the PDMRs listed below (who are both Executive Directors) acquired an interest in Options over the Company's Shares following the grant of awards under the Company's 2012 Sharesave Plan (Sharesave). The numbers of Options were calculated by reference to a price of GBP5.84, being the Company's middle market quotation for a Share between Monday 7 June 2021 to Wednesday 9 June 2021, discounted by 20%.

These Awards normally vest on the third anniversary of grant. Subject to continued employment with Landsec, the PDMRs will become entitled to exercise the Options arising from Sharesave between 1 August 2024 and 31 January 2025 (3 year contract).
