("LPA", the "Company" or the "Group")
Exercise of Options and Director Shareholding
LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting, electronic and
electro-mechanical system designer and manufacturer, announces
that, on 17 February 2021, it received notification of an exercise
of options to subscribe for 100,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each
from Peter Pollock, Chairman and Director of the Company, at an
exercise price of 32p per share providing the Company with proceeds
of GBP32,000 ("Option Exercise").
Following the above Option Exercise, Peter Pollock holds 860,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.74 per cent. of the
Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
100,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
admission is expected to occur on or around 23 February 2021.
For the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
following the above issue of equity, the issued share capital of
the Company will comprise 12,758,229 ordinary shares of 10p each.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rule
