London Stock Exchange Group plc: Investor Education Event

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) today hosts an Investor Education Event. It will focus on the Group's Data & Analytics division, and in particular on the Enterprise Data Solutions, Trading & Banking Solutions and Customer and Third-Party Risk Solutions businesses.

The event will be hosted by David Schwimmer, CEO, and Anna Manz, CFO, together with Andrea Remyn Stone (Group Head of Data & Analytics). Business Heads Stuart Brown (Head of Enterprise Data Solutions), Dean Berry (Head of Trading & Banking Solutions), and Phil Cotter (Head of Customer and Third-Party Risk Solutions) will also present.

During the event, the Group will outline their ambition and supporting plans to grow Data & Analytics revenues by 4%-6% p.a. over the medium term.

The presentations will provide investors with insight into the market landscape, operational focus and opportunities for the featured businesses, including:

 
      --   LSEG's estimate that the Data & Analytics business operates 
            in a market with a total addressable market of approximately 
            GBP40-45 billion. 
      --   The continuing influence of secular trends such as regulation, 
            technology and societal change, which LSEG anticipate will 
            drive 4%-6% annual growth (2020-25 CAGR) in the total market 
            for Data & Analytics. 
      --   The high proportion (93%) of recurring revenues generated 
            by LSEG's Data & Analytics business, which also benefits from 
            a broad geographical footprint and with good customer retention. 
      --   The division's open model, with multi-channel distribution 
            through traditional data feeds, desktop applications, application 
            protocol interfaces (API), partnerships and access via the 
            cloud. 
      --   The breadth and depth of data curated by the Data & Analytics 
            division, the value added through the division's management 
            of this data and by tailoring products to meet the precise 
            needs of customers. 
      --   The three key components to management's operating plan for 
            Data & Analytics: Improving execution; enhancing the customer 
            experience; and prioritising revenue synergies and growth 
            through targeted investments. 
      --   Underpinning the ambition to grow Data & Analytics revenues 
            by 4%-6% annually over the medium term, revenues of the Customer 
            & Third Party Risk, Enterprise Data and Trading & Banking 
            businesses are anticipated to growth by a double-digit percentage, 
            a mid single-digit percentage and a low single-digit percentage 
            respectively on an annual basis over the medium term. 
      --   No new financial targets will be provided
