which is the holding company of Kabouter Management, LLC. Kabouter Management,
LLC acts as the investment adviser to Kabouter International Opportunities
Fund II, LLC and Kabouter International Mission Fund, LLC.
In accordance with the announcement by the issuer dated 20 February 2020
titled 'Exercise of options and issue of new ordinary shares', the figure
of 669,124,148 ordinary shares has been used as the denominator for the
calculations contained in this TR-1 form.
