Associated British Foods Appoints Marks & Spencer CFO as Finance Director

Associated British Foods PLC said Thursday that it has appointed
Marks & Spencer Group PLC's Chief Financial Officer Eoin Tonge
as its new finance director.
The British conglomerate said Mr. Tonge, who will succeed John
Bason on the role, will join the group by no later than
February.
Marks & Spencer said in a separate statement that Mr. Tonge
will support the British retailer through its interim earrings in
November.
