Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 90,384,615 Ordinary Shares issued as
part of the consideration received as a result of the purchase of a
49% interest in KrunchData Limited by the Company, the Company's
issued share capital consists of 2,146,621,365 ordinary shares with
a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary
Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in
Treasury.
The above figure of 2,146,621,365 may be used by shareholders in
the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
