Exercise of Warrants

Total Voting Rights

Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, announces the exercise of warrants by its broker, Peterhouse Capital.

A total of 14,062,500 warrants, issued in conjunction with the placing announced on 30 March 2020, exercisable at 0.08p per share have been exercised.

A total of 14,062,500 ordinary shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Shares") have been issued following the warrant exercises, and application has been made for these to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to be on or around 12 April 2021.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 2,160,683,865 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 2,160,683,865 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
