Results of AGM held on 26 July 2023
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's leading independent omnichannel
used vehicle retailer, announces that, at its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held on 26 July 2023, all of the Resolutions as set
out in the AGM Notice were approved by way of a poll vote by
shareholders, the results of which are set out below.
As at 10.00 am on 24 July 2023, the number of issued ordinary
GBP0.01 shares of the Company was 90,189,885. This represents the
total number of shares entitling the holders to attend and vote for
or against all resolutions. 57,986,923 proxy votes were received
representing 64.29% of the issued share capital of Motorpoint.
Details of the votes received on each resolution by Motorpoint's
