Re: Matomy's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Adjourned for One Week due to Lack of Quorum

Further to the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") furnished by Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE: MTMY, TASE: MTMY.TA) ("Matomy") on September 23, 2020 (RNS Number: 7668Z) and the update according to which Matomy will hold its shareholders meeting remotely via a Zoom videoconference furnished by Matomy on October 12, 2020 (RNS Number: 7551B), on October 13, 2020, Matomy convened the Meeting, however, it was adjourned for one week to the same day, time and place due to lack of quorum. Accordingly, the Meeting will be reconvened on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 08:00 AM (London time) / 10:00 AM (Tel Aviv time), remotely via a Zoom videoconference (the "Adjourned Meeting"). The Adjourned Meeting will not take place physically.

Shareholders who would like to participate in the Adjourned Meeting are asked to register to attend the Adjourned Meeting, in person or by a designated representative, by e-mailing, no later than October 20, 2020, at 08:00 AM (London time) / 10:00 AM (Tel Aviv time), a notice of attendance (the "Notice") to the Matomy's Interim CEO, Mr. Ilan Tamir at Ilan.T@matomy.com . The Adjourned Meeting's Zoom link will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the Notice, along with further instructions.

Accordingly, shareholders of record as of the close of business (London time) on Friday, September 25, 2020 can further vote, change their vote or withdraw their vote, following the procedures as further described in the notice of the Meeting furnished by Matomy on September 23, 2020 (RNS Number: 7668Z). The updated voting deadlines for the Adjourned Meeting are as follows:
