Directorate change

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that Carol Duncumb, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that, due to personal reasons, she wishes to step down with immediate effect.

The Group is keen to retain Carol's knowledge and experience and, when circumstances allow, will appoint Carol as a permanent member of the Mattioli Woods team to provide strategic advice, mentoring support and promote diversity.

Martin Reason, Non-Executive Director, has agreed to take on the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee from Carol, with immediate effect.

Ian Mattioli MBE, Chief Executive Officer commented:
