Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company")

Award of shares to CEO

On 16 February 2021, following a recommendation from the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Mulberry, the Trustees of the Mulberry Group plc Employee Share Trust (the "EST") awarded 45,689 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Thierry Andretta (Chief Executive Officer of the Company) at nil cost (the "Award"). The Ordinary Shares the subject of the Award are being transferred from the EST to Thierry Andretta.

Following the Award, Thierry Andretta is interested in 48,689 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares. He also holds options under the Company's 2008 Unapproved Share Option Plan and 2017 Performance Share Plan at various exercise prices over a further 1,150,415 Ordinary Shares.
