AMENDMENT TO EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SERVICE TERMS
Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development
and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific
nanomaterials emanating from our technology platform, has today
rescinded the notice served on Dr Nigel Pickett (CTO) that his
employment would come to an end on 29 March 2021, as communicated
in the RNS dated 30 March 2020.
The Company has now agreed a new employment contract with Dr
Pickett, which comes into effect immediately. The contract is
materially the same as the previous agreement, except that the
contractual notice period has been reduced from 12 months to 6
months.
Dr Christopher Richards, Nanoco's Chairman, commented:
"Nigel is a critical member of the Executive team and of the
Board. His leadership of Nanoco's technology R&D is critical to
our ongoing development activities, as well as to our litigation
with Samsung. We appreciate Nigel's support and patience during the
recent months of uncertainty."
