Annual General Meeting 2020 - Update

The Company confirms today that, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current guidance and legislation issued by the UK Government to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Company's AGM on 20 October 2020 will be held as a 'closed meeting' and shareholders will not be allowed to attend the meeting in person. Only a small number of directors and other employee shareholders will be permitted to attend the AGM in person to satisfy the minimum quorum requirements. Shareholders are encouraged to complete and submit their proxy. Please refer to the AGM notice and circular for proxy voting instructions.

We hope all of our shareholders will understand the need for this restriction in the interests of the health and well-being of our employees and our shareholders themselves.

The results of the AGM will be posted on the Company's website after the AGM.
