NCC's placing announced on 13 May 2021 ("Placing"):

Placing on 13 May 2021, Tim Kowalski, Chief Financial Officer,
purchased 25,350 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 284.02p per
Ordinary Share. Mr Kowalski's resultant beneficial holding as at
the date of this announcement is 48,964 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.02% of NCC's enlarged issued share capital as at
Admission.
