Board Changes and Trading Update
The Board of nmcn PLC announces that Group CEO, John Homer has
stepped down with immediate effect. The Group Chairman, Robert
Moyle has been appointed acting CEO until a permanent replacement
is in post. Ian Elliott will assume the role of Chairman pro tem
while Robert is acting CEO. The search for a new CEO will commence
immediately.
Current activity levels remain in-line with Board expectations,
albeit with operational challenges and some additional costs that
are impacting margins the Group may incur losses this year.
Further guidance will be given shortly.
