Notice of AGM and Annual Report & Accounts

London, UK - 14 April 2021 - NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI), the international life sciences and sustainability, technology investment and commercialisation group , announces that in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26 the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at http://www.netscientific.net/investors .

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 3 June 2021 at 11.00 a.m. at Level 39, One Canada Square, London E14 5AB, United Kingdom.

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") believe that all the proposed resolutions set out in the Notice are in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole. The Board recommends that you vote in favour of the proposed resolutions, as they intend to do in respect of their own beneficial shareholdings.

As shareholders will be aware, the UK Government's restrictive measures in connection with COVID-19 and, in particular, the restrictions on indoor gatherings will restrict the ability of shareholders to attend the Meeting in person. It appears that the measures in force will continue beyond the date of the Meeting and as such the Board strongly advises and recommends that all Shareholders refrain from attending the Meeting in person and, instead, submit a Form of Proxy before the deadline of 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 1 June 2021. Please read the Notice for further details on submitting a proxy.

As part of its wider investor relations strategy, the Board is enhancing communications with existing and potential shareholders. The Company will be hosting a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform at 16.00 on Wednesday 21 April 2021. This is a digital platform that provides individual investors access to management, alongside institutional investors.
