Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed. Accordingly, the Company will now proceed to issue the warrants as set out in its announcement of 25 September 2020.
