The Company received notification on 10 August 2021 that David Steel, CFO, acquired 59,171 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.9p per Ordinary Share on 10 August 2021. Following this acquisition, Mr Steel has an interest in 2,044,432 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
