Notice of Final Results and Investor Presentation

Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, is pleased to confirm, as previously announced on 6 May 2021, that it plans to announce audited annual results for the year ended 31 May 2021 on Tuesday 21 September 2021. The Company is also pleased to announce that Ed Rimmer, CEO, and James Roberts, CFO, will deliver a live presentation relating to the Annual Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 21 September 2021 at 1:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
