   Virtual AGM - joining instructions 
 
   Following the government guidelines and as previously advised, the 
Oxford Technology VCTs will not be holding an AGM this year where a 
physical presence is allowed. 
 
   The Company would like to remind its shareholders that the details to 
participate virtually in this year's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 
which will be held at 2pm on Thursday 9 July 2020 can be found at
